We took a 2.2 acre site, partnered with the Town of Parker to vacate the onsite detention pond, rerouted stormwater to a regional pond and ended up with a 4 acre site. This facility has Temperature controlled storage, drive up units ranging from 5 x10's to 15 x 40 RV storage units.

After demolishing a 4 acre abandoned concrete batch plant, we exported over 1900 loads of concrete rubble, imported 2200 loads of structural fill material to develop 4 lots for light industrial uses. This building is 16,300 square feet and is the home of a state of the art Auto Body shop and cutting edge 11 bay Auto Repair facility.
